Rice Water for Hair, Skin, and Nails: Step-by-Step Guide

Ingredients
½ cup rice (brown or white)
2 cups water
Step 1: Prepare the Rice Water
Rinse the rice briefly.
Place the rice in a bowl with 2 cups of water.
Let it soak for 30 minutes.
Strain the cloudy water into a clean container.
Step 2: Ferment (Optional)
Leave the rice water at room temperature for 24–48 hours.
When it develops a slightly sour smell, it is fermented.
Store it in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
Step 3: Hair Rinse
Wash your hair with shampoo.
Pour the rice water over your hair and scalp.
Massage gently for a few minutes.
Leave it on for several minutes.
